Job Title - Senior Executive - Quality

Role Responsibilities:
1. Candidate shall be Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food technology/ Microbiology/DIFAT,
2. Shall have min. 2 years of experience in FMCG i.e. distilleries/Breweries /Beverages/Food industries.
3. Hands on experience in analysis techniques, lab instruments calibration and maintenance
4. Knowledge on QMS and FSMS
5. Knowledge on word, Excel and power point.
6. To control quality defects in incoming and finished goods so as to get customer satisfaction by applying high quality standards in the product and the process.
7. Capability to build and promote food safety and quality culture in unit.
8. Responsible for end to end Quality monitoring in incoming and online checks.
9. Responsible for Quality Control and other control activities in the factories and material.
10. Responsible for checking raw material used in production, packaging material and in process material and finished goods- accept or reject as per set quality standards.
11. Responsible for record maintaining and SAP records updation.
12. Undertake training and development of shop floor workmen.
13. To conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS and SQIP.
14. Deal with the Government authorities like FSSAI , LMR and Excise for audit and compliance.
15. Ensuring that samples of all products are sent to external laboratory and calibration of equipment’s done as per requirement.
16. To conduct analysis of raw materials and packaging materials and report in time.
17. To visit market whenever new product / product quality survey / complaint samples collection is required.
18. Should be street smart.
19. Implement GMP/ GLP , GSP and GHP in premises at all times and 5S.
20. Good oral and written communication skills and to maintain MIS data.
21. Vendor communication for rejection and its handling on time and development in co-ordination with site QA team.
22. Quick learning and initiative attitude in working.
