Sr. Enterprise Delivery Manager (Flexible Location)
Overview:
Responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of Stardog’s Enterprise Knowledge Graph and Voicebox solutions for our customers. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, on-time and on-budget delivery, and high-quality outcomes. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and provide clear communication throughout the project. You will handle multiple concurrent projects, driving continuous improvements in processes, and ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support, enabling customers to realize the full value of our solutions. We are a remote-first company. You need to be comfortable with and have experience working remotely. You must have strong communication skills as much of our interactions will be over email, chat, and PR where it's harder to get your point across.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience
- Overall 10+ years of enterprise project management experience in B2B SaaS
- Previous experience with subscription billing and/or revenue implementation projects is a strong plus.
- Extensive knowledge of project management standards, software, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various project management methodologies and life cycles.
- Proficiency with project management software (Rocketlane, Certinia, Wrike, Netsuite, Smartsheets etc)
- Proven experience collaborating with top-tier Global System Integrators (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, Ernst & Young (EY), Accenture)
- Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with and managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams of architects, consultants, and developers.
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption through achieving business goals and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
- PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation through to execution and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, adjust schedules, and identify any potential risks or delays.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with client expectations and business goals.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure effective communication across internal teams and clients to align on expectations.
- Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address potential project bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Communicate potential risks to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues as necessary to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner and implement solutions to address project challenges.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, professional services, and customer success to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless handoff and a strong foundation for implementation projects.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and team engagement across departments.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting:
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
- Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and delivery.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in SaaS project management.
