What You Will Be Doing:
We’re seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (M7) to lead a high-impact full-stack engineering team responsible for building, scaling, and launching end-to-end consumer-facing products in crypto-enabled financial services. This role is ideal for a founder-minded leader who thrives in 0-to-1 product launches, fintech, and crypto innovations.
In this role, you will:

Lead a high-performing engineering team (20+ headcount), including other managers, overseeing global-scale consumer crypto services with over 100M users.

Own the full-stack development and architecture of next-generation peer-to-peer payments, credit card integrations, and blockchain network services.

Drive end-to-end product development, exposing third-party APIs and ensuring seamless interoperability across fintech and crypto services.

Build and scale a TradeFi utilities team, bridging traditional finance (TradFi) with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.

Spearhead product launches from 0 to 1, operating in "founder mode" to iterate and refine new consumer fintech and crypto experiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and design teams to develop and execute a world-class engineering roadmap.

Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence, execution, and ownership.

Lead strategic decision-making for blockchain-based financial services, leveraging expertise in crypto services, credit cards, and decentralized payment rails.
This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across engineering and product teams to define the technical and strategic direction of crypto-enabled financial services.
What We Look for in You:

10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing other engineering managers and teams of 20+ engineers.

Proven experience in full-stack engineering, including expertise in Go and large-scale distributed systems.

Strong background in fintech, crypto, and blockchain networks, with hands-on exposure to peer-to-peer payments, credit card services, and API integrations.

Track record of launching 0-to-1 products, with a founder mindset and deep experience in scaling consumer financial applications.

Experience leading high-scale platforms (100M+ users), optimizing for performance, security, and reliability.

Deep understanding of payment systems, TradeFi and DeFi integrations, and the regulatory landscape of financial products.

Ability to work in high-velocity environments, making data-driven decisions to iterate and improve product experiences.

Passion for blockchain innovation and financial inclusion, driving real-world impact in the next era of Web3 payments.
