What You'll Do
- Experience testing mobile, tablet, desktop, OS and browser variations
- Exposure to JavaScript and type script, HTML5, web technologies to identify bug, its resolution process, product launch lifecycle
- Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams.
- Work collaboratively with London based team/studio Leads for status updates, guidance and working as one team to deliver defined goals.
- Games are built using JavaScript, each team has its own framework, but underneath all of them, you will find Pixie.js, an advanced 2D WebGL renderer.
- TestRail is used for documenting and reporting test cases
- Every game is source controlled using Git with Gitlab.
- Sauce Labs is available for multi-device testing
- Charles to handle proxying
- Automation is written in JavaScript
- Daily standups and other meetings are run on Microsoft Teams
- Monday.com for project management
- Jira for story creation and team management
- Individuals are free to choose their IDE of choice, but by far, the most popular is Visual Studio Code.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of extensive experience in Manual Black-box testing.
- Experience with CI tools such as Hudson, Bamboo and or GoCD
- Must be proficient with Jira and Test Case Management (TCM) systems alongside strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with gambling games and mechanics, particularly slots
- Computer Science or Engineering-related degree
- Activity in the global QA community
- Experience writing automated tests scripts
- Exposure to Behavior Driven Development
- Development experience using JavaScript
- Automation framework exposure
- Any development experience including personal projects
- Fundamental terminal commands
- Understanding of industry regulations is essential.
- Nice to have Familiarity with the target markets and devices is required.
- Exposure to the process of releasing products across multiple markets is necessary.
