SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop EDI integrations and other EDI initiatives
- Setup, test, deploy, and support EDI processes to meet business needs
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Provide production support for all EDI systems, including identifying and analyzing communication and system issues, researching data contest issues and any other issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolves problems promptly and effectively
- Maintain technical documents (e.g., EDI specification, process flow diagrams, and EDI partner setup documentation.)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTP)
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Other duties as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience designing, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting EDI 310, 810, 846, 850, 852, 855, 856, 861, 940, 943, 944 and 945 transaction sets
- 5 years of experience designing, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting flat file (.csv) formatted data
- Experience working with external EDI service partners
- 5 years of programming experience with one or more EDI transformation tool
- Proficient with the X12 and EDIFACT EDI messaging standards
- Proficient with configuring and troubleshooting FTP, VAN, AS2, and other EDI communication technologies
- Experience with the IBM iSeries server platform is a plus
- Experience working with order-to-cash and supply chain processes is a plus
- Experience in JD Edwards ERP is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
