As the Sr Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on optimizing Bluesight revenue generation and driving growth initiatives by improving scalable tools, processes, and strategies, and leveraging data analytics to identify revenue growth opportunities.
This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies for Bluesight’s product growth and revenue strategies. You will oversee a team, including sales enablement and salesforce administration, and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment with overall commercial objectives.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on maximizing revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making across the sales cycle.
- Own pipeline, forecast, and stage progression models, and GTM plan to enable the commercial team to close deals effectively.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs throughout the revenue cycle.
- Review and approve pricing frameworks and tools to streamline pricing decision-making processes and ensure consistency across markets and product lines
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure pricing and revenue strategies align with financial goals and targets
- Work with sales and finance leadership to develop and execute management reporting, board meeting materials and other executive-level communications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies across multiple SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Advanced degree in Data Science or similar qualification preferred
- Expert and comprehensive experience using Salesforce
- Experience managing revenue optimization within a complex/dynamic fast-growth SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing data, market trends, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions
- Advanced understanding of financial concepts such as revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and ROI metrics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop high-performing teams through transformational stages, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and proactive approach to drive results effectively
The starting base pay for this role is $170,000 when annualized. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus. Actual amounts and salary will vary depending on the position offered, experience, performance, and location.
