KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• In partnership with Functional and Site leaders, develop and implement talent strategies that ensures the organization has the right talent to deliver on business growth
• Bring thought leadership to change management, employee experience, and diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives across the Global Operations function.
• Build a future bench and upscale capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires
• Drive best in class quality and delivery of all HR services and programs (e.g. performance, management, compensation, employee relations, leadership development) and the Global Operations function
• Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure all elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet and exceed business and site/regional needs
• Participate in M&A that may occur within APAC

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

• Organizational design, workforce strategy and planning efforts to scale and grow and organization
• Experience in building leaders and managers capabilities
• The agility to flex between developing strategy and immersing yourself in the details to drive execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to influence decision-making

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

• 15 plus years of relevant experience in HR at a site and/or regional level  
• 5 plus year in a senior leadership role in multi-national company
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communication or a related discipline
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives
• Experience leading HR activities within a manufacturing environment; within a technology environment is a plus
• Experience working in a matrix HR environment and partnering with international teams
