Meet the team:

Our in-house creative team is seeking a conceptually driven digital designer to create meaningful experiences across web, mobile, and interactive media within Global Marketing. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll shape the Dexcom brand for our products and diverse audiences, including consumers and healthcare providers. Collaborating with writers, designers, and account/project managers, you'll bring innovative ideas to life.

Where you come in:

  • Support video creation for internal and external projects
  • Design responsive layouts and interactive elements, including animations and prototypes, while applying user experience (UX) principles.
  • Develop digital assets, such as paid social media content, video animations, HTML5 display and static ads.

What makes you successful:

  • A portfolio demonstrating technical expertise, creative flair, conceptual ability, versatility, and solid core design skills (must provide URL for online portfolio or PDFs).
  • Proven digital design skills with experience in social and email marketing.
  • Passion for design and ability to clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Experience working from creative briefs across multiple conceptual directions on digital projects and campaigns.
  • Ability to produce and be accountable for the final development of creative assets, ensuring accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of web and app design principles for intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proficient in designing responsive layouts and creating interactive elements, including animations.
  • Skilled in digital design tools, including AI: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Express, and Firefly), Figma, Frame.io.
  • Design and develop interactive UI/UX prototypes, applying user-centered design principles, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute complex creative deliverables for advertising, collateral, marketing promotions, and digital communications within the Dexcom Design System (DDS).
  • Complete design tasks from concept to production, working with cross-functional teams and agencies to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Familiarity with Asana (Project Management) and Brandfolder (Digital Asset Management) is a plus.
  • Contribute to the development of our brand voice and ensure consistent application of design standards across all Dexcom products.
