We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our OGIO ARTHOUSE team—our internal creative agency that transforms our brand’s vision into digital excellence. As the creative engine driving OGIO’s online presence, you’ll lead the way in crafting sleek, user-centric designs that inspire exploration and drive conversion.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Digital Designer, you’ll join the OGIO ARTHOUSE team—our internal creative agency that brings the brand to life through forward-thinking web design and digital experiences. You will be the creative engine driving OGIO’s digital evolution, crafting sleek, user-focused designs that amplify the brand’s mission of empowering adventure and active lifestyles. Your work will shape OGIO’s ecommerce platform to inspire and drive conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Design for Conversion: Create immersive web designs, layouts, and assets that prioritize user experience and drive conversion and engagement.
- Web Design Leadership: Establish and refine OGIO’s digital design language, ensuring consistency and excellence across the ecommerce platform.
- Prototyping Excellence: Use tools like Adobe XD or Figma to develop user-friendly web prototypes that surprise and delight.
- Optimize User Journeys: Collaborate with UX and development teams to enhance site functionality and improve navigation, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Campaign Integration: Design cohesive digital campaign assets that integrate across the website, email, and social platforms.
- Content Management: Oversee visual content for the website, from product imagery to promotional banners, maintaining a clean and engaging layout.
- Art Direction: Lead photoshoots and collaborate with content creators to ensure visuals align with the web design vision.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, marketers, and content teams to ensure designs translate into flawless online execution.
- Performance-Focused Design: Craft visually stunning digital ads, landing pages, and content modules optimized for engagement and performance.
- Feedback Iteration: Analyze campaign and site performance metrics to refine and optimize design assets for improved conversion rates.
What You’ll Bring
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign).
- Mastery of web design tools like Figma or Sketch for prototyping and wireframing.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design principles, including mobile-first design.
- Expertise in design systems and component libraries for scalable digital experiences.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing user engagement and conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with web design optimization for SEO and accessibility.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript to bridge design and development teams.
- Proficiency in tools for animation and interactive design, such as After Effects or Webflow.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools like Google Optimize to refine design choices.
- Photography or videography skills, including an understanding of how to optimize visuals for web use.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Shopify or WordPress.
Your Background
- 5–7 years of professional experience in web design, focusing on ecommerce platforms and digital campaign execution.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centric web designs that are visually compelling and performance-driven.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers, UX designers, marketers, and content teams to bring designs to life.
- Proven ability to design within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Experience in fast-paced environments where prioritization and adaptability are key.
