The Sr Data and Analytics Administrator is responsible for design, maintenance and management of day-to-day operations of Danaher Corporate data management and analytics systems. You will have the opportunity to work with Data and Analytics experts across the globe and all Danaher operating companies. 

This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture organization (reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer) and can be performed remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Lead the creation of Danaher’s data and analytics platform and architecture in collaboration with Senior IT leaders (CDAO, CEA, CIO, CTO, CISO).
• Lead administration of Snowflake platform and its multiple accounts
• Support administration of ETL and Integration tools
• Lead administration of Data & Analytics infrastructure in Azure and or AWS
• Create and maintain governance mechanisms for data platform and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support regulatory and compliance programs related to data and analytics assets, ensuring adherence to security and regional data privacy standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent    
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in managing enterprise Data & Analytics and BI ecosystems.
• Professional record of accomplishment in creating D&A or BI platform ecosystems in complex, multi-divisional global settings.
• Extensive experience with software development lifecycles and development methodologies.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in/with: 

• Administration of  SQL , ETL, integration and other similar platforms
• Setting up Data Science and MLOPs architecture
• Palantir Foundry

The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
