ROLE SUMMARY:
Pfizer's has a relevant legacy in delivering breakthroughs that transform the lives of patients living with chronic immuno-inflammatory conditions. To this extent Dermatology is a growing portfolio currently focused on two assets: Cibinqo, treatment for Atopic Dermatitis and Litfulo, new treatment for Areata Alopecia.
The Litfulo Country Brand Lead will provide strategic commercial and operational guidance for the brand to support the recent launch. He/she will work in coordination with in-market commercial, medical and cross functional teams.
He/She will play an instrumental role in managing the brand's strategy planning and tactical execution, closely partnering with Atopic Dermatitis CBL for Dermatology umbrella initiatives as well as in providing support in pipeline assets.
This position requires strong strategic and analytical thinking, core pharma marketing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively collaborate across the enterprise.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of strategic and operational plans to maximize brand value
  • Tailor global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities
  • Drive execution of key brand programs and compliant customer-facing activities
  • Support and maximize current Dermatology portfolio performance
  • Generate market and cross-functional insights to inform the short- and long-term strategy, identifying local issues and opportunities.
  • Leverage experience, knowledge and skills to provide support to commercial colleagues
  • Cross-functional brand leadership and optimal collaboration with Global and International commercial office teams
  • Accountable for the annual and monthly planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for the brand
  • Identify and manage relations with key external stakeholders to ensure strong and consistent Pfizer engagement
  • Partner with Supply, Health and Value and Business operations colleagues to support the corresponding processes management
  • Support the area in delivering against Launch Readiness milestones for the product launches framework
  • Ensure full Compliance in all activities


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with demonstrated experience in managing sizeable assets.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Inflammation and Immunology market, ideally in the dermatology area
  • Experience in launching new products preferred
  • Strongcollaboration/relationship-buildingskills and ability to engage across multiple functions
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
  • Bachelor's degree is required and Postgraduate (MBA) preferred
  • Ability to perform data analysis
  • Fluency in English required
  • Individual may travel both domestically and internationally
