  • Estimated annual base pay:  $86,400(minimum) - $108,000(midpoint) - $129,600(maximum)

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Conducting Compensation Analysis: A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for conducting compensation analysis, including job evaluation, market analysis, and salary surveys, to determine competitive pay rates for employees.
  • Developing Compensation Programs: A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs, such as base pay, bonuses, and equity plans, to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Ensuring Compliance: A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to compensation, such as equal pay laws and minimum wage 
  • Providing Compensation Guidance: A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing guidance to HR staff, managers, and executives on compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Collaborating with HR Stakeholders: A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for collaborating with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to ensure compensation programs meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.

  • Compensation Analysis: Ability to conduct compensation analysis, including job evaluation, market analysis, and salary surveys, to determine competitive pay rates for employees.
  • Compensation Program Development: Ability to develop and implement compensation programs, such as base pay, bonuses, and equity plans, to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of legal requirements related to compensation, such as equal pay laws and minimum wage laws.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide insights to inform compensation strategies and decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with HR staff, managers, and executives regarding compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage compensation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of compensation analysis and program development.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to ensure compensation programs meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.
  • Technology Skills: Ability to use compensation software and tools to manage compensation data and develop compensation programs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve compensation-related problems, including identifying and resolving pay disparities and addressing employee complaints related to compensation.
