Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and administering our compensation programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze salary survey data to assess competitive compensation trends and benchmark positions.

  • Evaluate job positions, classify them into appropriate salary grades or bands, and ensure accurate and consistent job descriptions.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, aligned with business objectives.

  • Administer base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives, processing salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.

  • Support performance management by linking it to compensation and assisting in the development and administration of performance appraisal systems.

  • Prepare and manage compensation budgets, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • Communicate compensation policies and programs to HRBP, providing training and support on compensation-related topics.

  • Maintain accurate compensation data in Workday system, generate reports, and develop and update compensation policies and procedures.

  • Guide SME’s and stakeholders on compensation issues, acting as a subject matter expert and leading special compensation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • HR certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus.

Salary Range:

$92,500.00 - $131,500.00 Annual
