First American is looking to add a Sr. Commercial Escrow Assistant to our growing escrow team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in transforming the commercial real estate closing experience by empowering our team to deliver next-generation solutions and results to our customers.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Assist in the escrow process for simple and complex commercial transactions such as preparing documents for closing, inputting closing statement information, and handling disbursement and follow-up 
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process; adapts communication style as needed 
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings 
  • Work with innovative technologies to enable escrow transactions and communicates with customers to provide a phenomenal customer experience

  • Proficient with MS Office suite and Adobe PDF, and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies  
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 3-5 years of escrow-related experience required

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
