High-performing individual with strong analytical skills and a strategic mind. Engage with senior executives to shape the bank’s geographical and go to market strategy. Comfortable with storytelling using different kinds of data.

You are talented, analytical, and highly driven to deliver results. You are excited about the opportunity to build experience across a variety of financial products within a world-class organization. You are comfortable gathering and analyzing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will confidently present results to senior management and implement your recommendations in collaboration with a variety of teams. Qualified candidates will reside in the KeyBank core footprint markets, ideally Buffalo or Cleveland.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the forward-looking vision for the GIS function.
- Articulate go to market strategy as the interplay between market level share, brand marketing, performance marketing offers, location strategy and staffing strategy. Help create a structured process to evaluate and improve the go to market strategy.
- Gather, research, and structure data required for business problems.
- Develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses with actionable conclusions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide thought leadership on broader strategic goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years professional experience in strategy/quantitative analysis/financial analysis.
- 2+ years’ experience with geographical data and tools.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytically rigorous discipline (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, etc.). Master’s Degree preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $140,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance
