Senior Billing Analyst

- As the Senior Fee Analyst, Fees & Billing, your primary role will be to provide support to the Manager of the GRS Fees & Billing Team. The team is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of fees for services provided by GRS, this includes ensuring fees are set up correctly in the system and agree to the client agreements. The role is key in supporting the overall internal control environment. You will work with various internal teams from Business Development, Pricing, Operations, Documentation and Accounting, to ensure fees charged for GRS products and services are accurate and complete.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be effective when collaborating with various internal teams.

- BS Accounting Graduate, Preferable CPA, CMA, MBA

- Accountable for ensuring fees are accurately set up.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of invoices for clients to pay fees.
- Responsible for ensuring routine manual tasks are prepared, reviewed, and processed accurately.
- Review the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy and provide ongoing feedback through mentoring and coaching.
- Provide support to internal teams to investigate disputes or inquiries concerning fees charged and invoiced.
- Support regulatory, compliance, accounting, and audit requirements.
