Job Description
Your TeamHyderabad Global Real Estate team supports real estate team, in coordination with ex-India colleagues, support functions by providing timely and high-quality client reports for Institutional/ Retail Clients; the candidate will focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and tasks in support of Global Real Estate teams. Other qualifications and requirements given below:Key Responsibilities
- Resource would create and update the cash ledgers daily
- Individual will pull down agent notices for team reference
- Hyderabad resource to assist in preparing and updating accrual schedules
- Resource to be a first level of review on quarterly PCaps and any contribution/distribution notices
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Graduate in commerce & accounting with outstanding academic achievements. MBA in finance is advantage
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration
- Relevant experience related to Real Estate property accounting, fund accounting is an advantage
- Ability to understand newly transitioned tasks, co-ordinate with onshore counterparts for any clarifications and deliver to their expectations.
- Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
- Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented
- With high learning ability and positive curiosity
- Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
- Expertise in Advanced Excel/Macros is an advantage.
- Identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in written and verbal English
