Position Summary:
As a Premium Billing Senior Analyst, you are an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading company. In this role, you will assist a dedicated client Premium Billing team with the development and implementation of various analytical efforts focused on improving operational results across the organization. This role will allow you to be responsible for key operational and financial functions specific to support our client and its members.
You will accomplish this by:

Being highly skilled at extracting insights from data and translating them into specific actions to advance key business objectives

Providing key insights and owning key functions that will enable business decisions that impact financials and member experiences
-
Working with colleagues and leaders across various functions, including the client, Account Management, Payment Operations, IT business partners and several external vendors
Required Qualifications:
-
3 or more years of professional work experience performing financial analysis, or a related role at a Pharmacy Business Management (PBM), health insurer, or other healthcare company

3 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (lookups, pivot tables, macros)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience utilizing analytic tools to streamline and simplify data management and output reporting (including but not limited to Alteryx, PowerBI, Python, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
