CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently hiring for a dynamic individual to join our Rebate Client Services organization.
The Rebate Client Support Sr. Analyst will work directly with our clients and help us deliver the highest service levels to our internal and external partners. The position will help coordinate and lead meetings with our clients, thoroughly and effectively document and track our client’s rebate questions and concerns until resolution and produce both scheduled and ad hoc client-specific rebate reporting. This position will collaborate internally with key personnel in many other functional areas, including Account Management, Client Audit, Trade, Sales, Underwriting, and Analytics.
To successfully investigate and answer our client’s questions, the Rebate Client Support Sr. Analyst will be expected to understand all steps of the manufacturer rebate process, including how to navigate rebate applications and effectively use and explain rebate data. The position will interface closely with our Rebate Registration, Claims, Formulary Research, Invoice, Reconciliation, Resubmissions, and Payments teams in order to satisfy our client’s needs and requirements, and to limit client service warranty payouts arising from incorrect invoice submissions.
A successful candidate will have:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proven problem solving and data analysis skills
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
* Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across functional units
Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience performing in-depth research, investigation, analysis, and/or ad-hoc reporting
2+ years' experience using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
