Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with digital product and engineering to implement advanced web analytics & tracking capabilities across all digital product properties.
  • Develop Donor experience measurement approach, align KPIs and proactively monitor product performance.
  • Data Detective: Harness the power of data mining and analysis from the Clickstream, SFMC and A/B testing data to optimize product development, marketing strategies, and business tactics.
  • Web Analytics Rockstar: Spearhead the gathering, analysis, and reporting of critical metrics, including revenue, reach, and engagement. Dive into conversion rates, web behavior, and more across our digital product.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Skilled in Adobe Analytics including building workspace reports, segments, calculated metrics, and scheduling datawarehouse reports.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts to define implementation requirements and maintain documentation.
  • Infuse digital web analytics and A/B Testing best practices across all products.
  • Tackle complex environments with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS to customize and troubleshoot events and tags.
  • Ensure flawless tagging functionality across all web properties through quality assurance.
  • Craft captivating data visualizations using tools like Tableau to showcase digital performance.
  • Collaborate with product and digital marketing teams to define metrics and ensure correct implementation.
  • Lead the way in establishing analytic standards and best practices, offering training and guidance to various user groups.
  • Identify ways to enhance digital analytics front-end implementation.
  • Resolve online data collection issues in collaboration with development and product teams.
     

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years experience
  • Experience analyzing and developing actionable insights for digital products and experiences
  • Strong communication skills to translate data and insights into a performance data story that will inform strategy and optimization
  • Experience in website tagging and conversion path/journey tracking, as well as, building data queries in SQL as a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated experience using the tools to drive business decisions, as well as a deep understanding of the underlying technology (tagging structure, set-up, and functional capabilities).
  • Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes, use of strong baselines, ability to accurately determine cause and effect relations.
  • Understanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development, and evaluation data sets, etc.
  • Experience with statistical modelling/machine learning
