What You’re Responsible For:
- Squash Group Programming: Plan and lead round robins, clinics, private lessons, and coaching for players ranging from beginner to level 3-4. Provide personalized communication before and after sessions, ensuring a hospitality-driven member experience.
- Sales & Business Ownership: Own your book of business, promoting and selling squash lessons and programs, with a minimum target goal of 10 1 hour sessions per week. Actively build and maintain client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and engagement.
- Admin Duties: Complete 10 hours of administrative work per week during regularly scheduled shifts (times TBD), which includes scheduling, member communications, and other tasks to support smooth operations.
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Assist with cleaning court floors and ensuring equipment is in excellent condition.
- Vendor Relationships: If applicable, utilize your existing relationships with equipment vendors to support the program.
- Five-Star Hospitality Service: Ensure members receive an exceptional experience through attention to detail, such as preparing equipment ahead of time and providing personalized service.
- Tenant Engagement & Satisfaction: Actively engage with members to understand their needs and preferences, helping to foster a strong, loyal community.
- Building Team Collaboration: Work closely with the building maintenance and operations teams to ensure facilities are properly maintained, and that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Who You Are – Baseline Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fitness or squash center environment, with a focus on coaching and operational tasks.
- 1+ years of experience coaching players at a variety of skill levels, especially up to level 3-4.
- Ability to lead round robins, clinics, and tournaments with a clear focus on member engagement and development.
- Is familiar with and can operate Club Locker
- Strong operational and front-of-house experience, including a proven ability to manage bookings, customer relationships, and facility upkeep.
- A plus if you have established relationships with vendors for squash-related equipment.
- Must have up-to-date CPR and AED certification.
- Technologically savvy and able to assist members with sign-ups and communication via our native technology platforms.
