A Squad Lead is a key member of the NZ Enabling Team (Leadership Team) responsible for championing the vision, strategy, and direction of Roche Diagnostics New Zealand (RDNZ). What you will be working on:
As the Squad Lead for Roche Diagnistics Solution (RDS), you will oversee Objectives and Key Results, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Application functions for Core Lab and Molecular Solutions portfolios. You will deliver better patient outcomes by leading an externally-focused organization that co-creates with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Roche's Code of Conduct.
As a Squad Lead, you will:

Contribute strategically to the organization’s activities and outcomes

Engage with external stakeholders to establish Roche as a trusted partner

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Roche’s products and services

Optimize market share and profit growth for the product portfolio

Collaborate on complex opportunities with the Strategic Key Account team

Stay updated on network dynamics and lead the development and execution of a strategic plan aligning with Roche's goals

Remove obstacles, promote smart risks, and encourage rapid learning, while leading multifunctional teams to tackle complex business opportunities

Enhance customer-facing functions, improve customer experience, and build business capabilities

Lead post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction in line with RDNZ SOPs while complying with safety, health, and environmental policies.
Who you are:
You are an Agile and VACC leader who will embody Roche’s Leadership Commitment, Operating Principles, and APAC Spirit. You have outstanding communication and networking skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare system, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and execute plans through teamwork and collaboration.
You have:

A Life-Science, engineering or related degree, having an MBA a plus

A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in the Marketing and/or commercial function(s) in similar capacity

Demonstrated people leader experience ideally within the diagnostic pathology laboratory or healthcare related industry
