SQA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies for AI-driven products, particularly conversational AI and VoIP-based applications, ensuring robust performance and functionality.
• Lead initiatives to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health across speech-driven and VoIP applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern tools and frameworks to support regression and end-to-end testing, including AI-enhanced bug detection and machine learning-driven test case generation.
• Conduct both automated and manual testing to validate system behavior, ensuring comprehensive quality coverage for real-time, high-performance systems.
• Build and optimize testing infrastructure, test harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.

Qualifications:

•   BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•   1 to 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on AI-driven products and VoIP systems.
•   Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, and PHP.
•   Proficient in SQL programming and data-driven testing.
•   Functional knowledge of HTML, XML, ASP.NET, and JMeter.
•   Experience with Asterisk or similar VoIP technologies.
•   Deep understanding of SDLC, with experience in grey box and white box testing.
•   Familiarity with tools like Selenium or AI-based test automation frameworks.
•   Knowledge of QMS and ISMS compliance.
•   IT healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
•   O/A Levels background will be preferred.
•   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
