Position Overview

Blue Owl is seeking a SPV Reporting Investment Operations, Senior Associate/Vice President with a focus on credit facility reporting and monitoring of borrowing base compliance. Primary duty for this position is to maintain calculations related to loan to value ratios, investment guidelines, waterfall payments which include interest expense, and ensuring the tests are within the covenants. This will require on-going review of the underlying financial and principal activities of the investments and running parallel with the collateral agent and the leverage provider as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor investment guidelines for the SPV credit facilities and CLOs.

  • Calculate loan to value ratios and other tests to ensure ongoing Borrowing Base compliance.

  • Review fund investments to ensure optimal financing of underlying assets.

  • Handle all credit facility compliance and reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate loan approval process with lenders and the structuring team.

  • Maintain underlying obligor financials and identify potential impacts to credit facilities.

  • Review monthly collateral agent/trustee and quarterly waterfall payment reports for distribution to lenders and/or other noteholders.

  • Oversee liquidity needs and prepare borrowing notices as required.

  • Track credit facility rating information and debt positions in WSO and ensure they are up to date.

  • Prepare interfund transfer files among the credit facilities and the parent fund for leverage needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Professional background in loan operations

  • High level of professionalism.

  • Takes initiative and is solution-oriented in all interactions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.

  • Ability to multitask while staying focused.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
