Job Description

Sensia Energy is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Regional Manager for Mexico. This role is crucial for Sensia, as Mexico is one of our most important markets. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the business operations, focusing on the O&G sector, with PEMEX as a key client. The role involves ensuring profitability and growth, managing the P&L, and aligning operational plans with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit & Loss Management: Full responsibility for the P&L of the business unit, managing budgets ranging from $30M to $60M.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and integrate strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, product management, and solution implementation.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, primarily focusing on PEMEX, and ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring diversification beyond the O&G sector to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Expand Sensia's market presence in Mexico, leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships.
  • Process Safety and Control Systems: Ensure implementation and adherence to the highest standards of process safety and control systems, aligning with Sensia's solutions.
  • Measurement Systems: Oversee the deployment and optimization of measurement systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data for client operations.
  • Productivity Improvement: Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  • Client Focus: Maintain a strong client focus, ensuring that all strategies and operations are aligned with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the O&G industry.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, with experience in budgets ranging from $30M to $60M.
  • Extensive experience working with PEMEX or similar major players in the O&G sector.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
  • Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of process safety, control systems, and measurement systems.
