Responsibilities:

As a Sportsbook Product Owner, you’ll be at the forefront of ComeOn’s sportsbook domain, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering a user-first, seamless betting experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own & Shape the Sportsbook Product – Take full ownership of the sportsbook domain, from regulatory requirements to market trends and best practices.
  • Enhance the Betting Experience – Work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team to refine and improve the user journey, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free betting experience.
  • Define & Document Requirements – Transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria, collaborating with UX and key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Stay on top of user behavior, market trends, and analytics to ensure our sportsbook is always ahead of the game.
  • Agile Collaboration – Actively participate in squad ceremonies, refining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Align Vision & Strategy – Work with other Product Owners and key stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment on vision, goals, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Transparent Communication – Keep all stakeholders informed with roadmap updates, demo sessions, and regular progress reports.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a driven and customer-focused individual with: 

  • 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the betting industry and a passion for sports.
  • Proven experience in a B2C customer-facing product, with a strong grasp of user experience.
  • Excellent UX/UI understanding and the ability to apply design best practices to sportsbook products.
  • Outstanding communication skills with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with strong presentation abilities.
  • An Agile mindset, with experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Technical literacy, ensuring seamless collaboration with the development team.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Experience in an international company and working with multicultural teams.
  • A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to overcome challenges proactively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 1-2 times per year).
