Location: Malta - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily sports operations, collaborating closely with the Sportsbook Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the sportsbook.
• Work with brand and content teams ensuring that all sportsbook content and banners are scheduled accordingly.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain and optimize the sportsbook site, ensuring it meets performance and customer experience standards at all times.
• Monitor the performance of sportsbook products, including banner placements, promotions, and content scheduling, ensuring high visibility and accuracy.
• Regularly check for bugs or issues affecting the sportsbook site and escalate accordingly to ensure prompt resolution.
• Research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed of market dynamics and help identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects within the sportsbook team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

About You:

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication skills. Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Dutch is considered a plus!
• Strong passion for sports and a comprehensive understanding of sports betting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative problem solver who brings innovative solutions to the team.
• Highly numerate with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• A proactive and responsible team player who thrives in a flexible working environment.
• Comfortable working remotely with a suitable home office setup, as required.
