Job Description

Sous la supervision du directeur Études de marché et Analyses, le spécialiste associé(e) Analyse et automatisation des données sera chargé d’apporter son soutien à divers projets au sein de l’équipe Opérations commerciales et excellence stratégique. L’analyste contribuera à divers projets d’analyse visant à aider l’organisation à prendre des décisions fondées sur des données.

Responsabilités 

• Recommander et exécuter l’optimisation et l’automatisation de différents rapports et tableaux de bord.

• Fournir des analyses commerciales de grande qualité pour repérer des possibilités d’amélioration et fournir un soutien fondamental pour les décisions commerciales et le suivi du rendement.

• Élaborer des modèles de données pour mieux comprendre l’entreprise.

• Préparer, compiler et présenter des renseignements et des indicateurs de rendement clés répondant à divers besoins opérationnels.

• Soutenir l’équipe dans le cadre de projets commerciaux ponctuels et/ou d’analyses.

• Soutien à la gouvernance des données.

Études, expérience et compétences requises

• Baccalauréat, de préférence en informatique, en science des données, en commerce (veille économique), génie (logiciel), ou diplôme équivalent.

• Expérience de la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord, de préférence à l’aide de Power BI.

• Bonne connaissance de SQL.

• Expérience de l’automatisation des processus de données.

• Compétences en informatique (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

• Capacité d’établir et de maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les membres de l’équipe et les équipes interfonctionnelles.

• Capacité de travailler de façon autonome, avec un minimum de supervision.

• Capacité d’apprendre et de mettre en application rapidement les connaissances acquises.

• Expérience de l’analyse dans l’industrie pharmaceutique et connaissance des ensembles de données IQVIA, un atout.

• Compétences linguistiques : Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).

Secondary Job Description

Under the supervision of the Market Research and Analytics Director, the Data Analytics & Automation Specialist will be responsible for providing support to various projects within the Commercial Operations and Strategic Excellence team. The Analyst will contribute to various analytical projects aimed at supporting the company in making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and execute the optimization and automation of different dashboards and reports. Deliver high quality commercial analytics to identify opportunities and provide foundational support of business decisions and performance monitoring.

• Develop data models to better understand the business.

• Prepare, compile and report information and key performance indicators for diverse business requirements.

• Support the team with ad hoc business projects and/or analyses.

• Data governance support.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with preference in Computer Science, Data science, Business (Business Intelligence), Engineering (Software) or equivalent certificates.

• Experience building reports and dashboards, preferably using power BI.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Experience in automation of data processes.

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently, with little supervision.

• Ability to learn and apply new information quickly.

• Experience in analytics within the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of IQVIA datasets is an asset.

• Language skills: Bilingual required (French and English).
