UTA is seeking a Specialist, T&E and Corporate Cards to join the corporate accounts payable team in Los Angeles. This Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing employee expense reports and assist with the corporate card program for all divisions at UTA.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Review and process employee Travel & Expense (T&E) submissions from all businesses in accordance with company policy
- Assist with employee T&E inquiries, providing strong customer service to all levels of staff including, but not limited to agents and agent assistants
- Manage day-to-day tasks relating to the company corporate card program
- Collaborate with General Ledger Accounting team to support the Accounts Payable reconciliation
- Create and manage various reporting for leadership, as requested
- Work closely with UTA Travel team on travel approvals and travel policy inquiries
- Ensure appropriate receipts are attached and meet IRS requirements and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
- Assist Accounts Payable team with coding and processing of vendor invoices as needed
- Manage other projects and processes as assigned related to all areas of T&E
What You Will Need
- At least 4 years of experience in T&E Processing and Corporate Card Program Management
- Proficient with all Concur T&E related modules
- Entertainment industry or Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficient in all MS Suite (Excel, Outlook) and NetSuite experience a plus
- Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adept at using and implementing new technology and applications
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of management
- Exceptional positive attitude and ability to provide high performance
