Job Description

• As a resource manager, you are responsible for the management, administration and further development of our freelancer and supplier management.
• You are the interface between the project management and freelancers/ suppliers and ensure a consistent resource process in consideration of our compliance guidelines.
• You are the first point of contact for colleagues, our freelancers and supplier.
• You will support our team in all administrative and organizational activities.
• You take on and take responsibility for your own internal projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Together we manage our Resource Management (requirements, procurement and coordination)

• Als RessourcenmanagerIn bist du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unseres FreiberuflerInnen- und Lieferantenmanagements.
• Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Projektmanagement und den Freiberuflern/Lieferanten und gewährleistest einen konsistenten Prozessablauf unter Berücksichtigung unserer Compliance Richtlinien.
• Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für KollegInnen, unsere FreiberuflerInnen und Lieferanten.
• Du unterstützt unser Team in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aktivitäten.
• Du übernimmst und verantwortest mit der Zeit eigene interne Projekte zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Steigerung der Effizienz.
• Gemeinsam managen wir unser Ressourcenmanagement (Anforderungen, Beschaffung und Koordination).

Qualifications

• You have at least a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• You have first professional experience in procurement or purchasing management in an agency or similar environment.
• You are proactive, solution-oriented by nature and an amazing team player. Time and self management is one of your biggest skills.
• You have relevant knowledge in one or more similar solutions: MS Office and SAP.
• You are fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).

• Du hast mindestens eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Einkaufs- oder Beschaffungsmanagement in einer Agentur oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
• Du bist proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und ein ausgezeichneter Teamplayer.
• Zeit- und Selbstmanagement gehören zu deinen besonderen Fähigkeiten.
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren ähnlichen Lösungen: MS Office und SAP.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).
