PURPOSE
Leads and collaborates with PEIC Senior Manager in managing Bancassurance Sales Promos and Events. This includes, but not limited to end-to-end handling of Bancassurance events to drive Bancassurance engagement and proactive participation in the development, implementation, monitoring and review of sales promos in support of the Channel’s overall strategic initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensure end-to-end handling of Bancassurance Events such as sales rallies, kick-off, incentive trips, trainings, bank partner recognition events, and client events to drive engagement and help achieve sales objectives

- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of sales promos on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis to drive sales key performance indicators

-Prepare and release of communication materials related to Events and Incentives launch and implementation such as EDMs, posters and powerpoint presentations

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication or any 4-year related course
- At least three (3) years work experience - Solid experience in marketing, communications, promos and events management preferred.
KNOWLEGDE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Highly creative and organized
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Good interpersonal skills; team player
-MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Events Management App and tools
