Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and edit engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with global teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and localized messaging across regions.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop high-quality content.

Brand and Voice Alignment:

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all content development processes.

Content Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and improve future campaigns..

Research and Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities for content innovation and storytelling.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage content-related documentation, workflows, and approvals.
  • Support global marketing campaigns with content assets as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or Communications
  • Advanced Skills on Creative Adobe Suite
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy tailored to diverse audiences and channels.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools (e.g., Highspot, Marketo).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with global teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing or within [ manufacturing, technology, automotive industries].
  • Bilingüal
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite Skills
