WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Targeted Communications team leads the charge for all Emails, Push Notifications, App Inbox notifications, App Feed card and App Threads for North America.

Key partners throughout the content briefing and publishing process include: Digital channels, digital brand, membership, business, operations, authoring, and analytics teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate needs to have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail. They need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including previous project management experience in maintaining digital marketing channels for a multichannel retailer.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Design.

  • 2-4 years or more of work experience in a digital or brand marketing role, including working within a cross-functional or cross-category team.

  • Strong understanding of digital brand marketing, and working knowledge of digital channels including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing, ideally in an ecommerce setting

  • Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required.

  • Use of marketing analytics tools such as Omniture and Tableau preferred, as well as planning tools like Asana and AirTable.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will partner with Nike cross-functional teams to develop targeted comms journeys aligned to seasonal and fiscal strategies and goals.

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end planning and programming of various content across email and Nike app push/inbox/threads/feedcards, including developing creative briefs, defining the linking strategy, reviewing creative and providing feedback based on standard methodologies, insights, and strategic goals of the channel and campaign.

  • You will partner with our production and authoring teams, to confirm content is QA’d and scheduled to ensure launch dates are met with detailed execution.

  • You will use data and analytics to optimize the consumer journey and drive engagement and retention.

  • You will help inform the content creation process with in-season findings to develop channel right creative assets and copy.

  • You will assist with creating and maintaining processes with cross-functional partners for executional success.
