Who we are looking for

We’re looking for an experienced operations professional who is passionate about co-creating and helping to facilitate the end-to-end process for our Integrated Media team.

The candidate is a strategic problem-solver who knows how to influence teams in a matrixed organization. In this role, clear communication, organization and collaboration is key. It is critical to be curious, analytical and have attention to detail.

You will have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate and develop solutions to evolve and simplify our workflow in collaboration with our extended Operations teams.

What you will work on

You will think holistically and have a deep understanding of Nike’s process through our CODE milestones and financial checkpoints, to enable your Integrated Media team to proactively show up at these gates to drive the work forward.

  • Lead end-to-end operational management for the Integrated Media teams by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates, briefing, as well as billing and budget planning/oversight.
  • You play a critical role in the orchestration of processes to deliver seasonal and evergreen campaigns across paid media channels.
  • Create and leverage tools and processes, driving clarity, efficiency and simplicity. Producing playbooks/toolkits for areas needing partnership across functions to execute.
  • Track and report on project health, escalating risks as needed.
  • Partner with internal teammates and external agencies.
  • You will build relationships across the brand marketing matrix and will contribute towards the overall operational strategy to continuously improve the ways we work.

Who you will work with

You will report to the Brand Planning & Operations Digital & Integrated Media Director. You will partner with the Brand Planning & Operations Integrated Media Expert and work with the Integrated Media team daily. You will partner closely with Brand Planning, Creative Operations & Production, Process & Development Capabilities across North America and global so that the workflow is seamless for successful execution. You will also collaborate with internal brand marketing and business functions such as Finance and Direct business teams, as well as external agency partners.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience working within a marketing organization
  • Expertise in highly complex technical landscapes, inclusive of data, process mapping, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Ability to streamline and optimize complex processes.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and problem solve situations in an efficient manner, including concepting and delivering presentations on complex business issues required.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, keep projects on track, raise awareness where issues may arise and bring solutions to the table, while keeping high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, commitment to support internal teams, and proven ability to manage expectations.
  • High level of motivation and energy, hard-working, driven, takes initiative and self-motivated with the ability to successfully deliver tangible results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, with a diverse group of individuals and talents, collaboration skills a must.
