Qualifications
Service-oriented individual with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2 years of working experience in lieu of degree.
Previous customer facing or sales experience is highly desirable.
Understanding of manufacturing and planning processes and supply chain is beneficial.
Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
Ability to perform with poise under tight deadlines and shifting priorities when necessary
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with PowerBI and QlikView is a plus.
Knowledge of S4 Hana and MS Dynamics is desirable
Key Responsibilities
Support assigned customer’s backlog & forecast management, include sample.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
Manage logistics issues, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate export compliance with relevant team and following up on any required documentation or approval.
Oversee payment matter.
Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues as needed.
