Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans for applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Automate test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
- Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability.
- Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of proven experience in testing and QA methodologies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Hands on experience TOSCA or any Test Automation tool
- Experience in Regression testing or performance testing.
- Knowledge of Bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in insurance, finance and/or banking applications is preferred.
