About the Position
Dexis is recruiting for an experienced Special Technical Operations Strategic Planner to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in developing and integrating STO requirements within campaign strategies and plans. The position requires expertise in Sensitive Activities, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) programs while coordinating across multiple stakeholders including USCENTCOM Component Commands, Joint Staff, and interagency partners. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
The STO Strategic Planner will provide expert guidance on integrating joint SAPs, STO and ACCMs into USCENTCOM planning efforts. This role involves managing the Review and Approval Process for STO, SAP, and Sensitive Activities Concepts of Operation while ensuring compliance with all security protocols and regulations. The planner will facilitate coordination between the Operations Directorate, Sensitive Activities Division, and the STO branch.
Key duties include:
- Develop and integrate STO requirements within campaign strategies and plans
- Manage Review and Approval Process for sensitive operations concepts
- Provide technical recommendations regarding joint operational planning processes
- Coordinate IJSTO plans with other sensitive activities
- Facilitate planning across DoD, interagency, and multinational partners
- Ensure adherence to IJSTO regulations and security protocols
- Support operational planning teams through all phases of planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Completion of STO Planner's course and PDAS Users course
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in STO at Joint/Geographic Combatant Command Headquarters
- Experience in planning and synchronizing STO requirements
- Knowledge of full-spectrum IO operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Prior experience at USCENTCOM
- Experience with multiple sensitive activities programs
- Background in joint planning processes
Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.
Dexis pay range for this role:
$100,000—$135,000 USD
