Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Special Projects specialist to assist with various warehouse rework and kitting projects. This role involves physical labor, quality control, and team coordination to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Assist with rework projects, including checking for product damages and relabeling.
• Oversee kitting operations, assembling bottles, inserts, and components into complete packages.
• Build floor displays and prepare products for retail distribution.
• Pull, organize, and track inventory for ongoing warehouse projects.
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and moving materials.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and project updates.
