In this role, you will:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from the initial design through to sign-off.

  • Support the bidding process and securing contracts. 

  • Monitor and maintain all certificates of insurance, permits, and relevant documentation to ensure compliance. 

  • Provide regular updates to the team on project progress. 

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and others working on a project. 

  • Conduct regular site visits throughout the construction phase. 

  • Maintain and update project status for each project. 

  • Assist in addressing work delays, emergencies, and other disruptions efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in handling construction projects both administratively and on-site. 

  • Familiarity with NYC DOB building-code requirements. 

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Proficiency in DOB portal 

  • Proficiency in CAD software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office 

  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Area/Location Specific: New York, New York

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $86,233- $120,000

 

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
