Job Description
Join our content team as a Speaker & Content Coordinator working across a series of our global events.
The role will play a key part in our conference production, through managing relationships with stakeholders and speakers, collecting key information where required, facilitating introductions, researching new speakers, following up on invites and, ultimately, contributing to and executing on our vision across the Founders Forum Group.

The top candidate for this dynamic role will be organised, ambitious, and detail oriented with strong research and prioritisation skills.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Manage communications with high-profile speakers - founders, investors, tech leaders - including invites, follow ups and briefings for various events
- Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date speaker database
- Research and identify the tech world's rising stars, supporting to secure fresh, new speakers for our events
- Collaborate with the content team to curate engaging programmes for a range of events supporting the growth of the tech ecosystem, conducting in-depth research on industry trends
Experience and qualifications:
- No experience required. This is a great opportunity for a tech enthusiast!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of the ability to build positive relationships with multiple different stakeholders
- Interest in the tech startup ecosystem is essential
- Some knowledge and experience of the B2B event world is desirable, not essential
