We are recruiting for an Spa Manager to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa, Manchester’s premier health spa. Set in the heart of Manchester, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym and magnificent health spa.
We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful spa. You will be responsible for maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of the operation and ensure all treatments are carried out to our world-class standards.

Main Duties of the role
- Management of the spa and gym
- To monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action/training where required.
- Driving the team's performance.
- To deliver exceptional treatments and hosting spa guests.
- High standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times by the team.
- Delivering brand standards
- Overseeing ordering and stock taking
- Ensuring guest journey from booking in clients and to their treatments is a seamless
- Driving spa financial targets
Requirements
- Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
- Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
- Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural and engaging leader
