About the teamWhat you’ll do
We're looking for a Sourcer to join our Recruiting team and use tools, data, and internal networks to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals across our core and business functions. We’re a small but mighty team, and are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our company and enhance Stripe’s effort to attract, recruit, and retain exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top of funnel talent across multiple disciplines
- Identify, engage, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness
- Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard to fill roles
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
- Drive top of funnel strategy for priority and high-urgency roles
- Talent research and market mapping
- Strong collaboration with Talent Brand team, represent Recruiting in planning and strategy alignment conversations and explore different branding initiatives
- Support Top of Funnel event strategy and event execution (virtual and in person)
- Research potential local job platforms and organizations to raise brand awareness
- Need to track data and provide insights and recommendations
- Liaison and cross-functional partner with University Recruiting to enhance alumni networks
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 3+ years previous sourcing experience
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ie. Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.) to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams alike
- Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
- Curiosity and problem solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
