Arxada is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as S&OP analyst. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with numbers, uncovering insights and enhancing our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Key requirements

Review and analyze sales data to enhance forecasting accuracy as one of the main focuses.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and refine forecasts (e.g. sales campaigns, new product launches, etc.)

Enhance our current forecasting model (based on SAP IBP) as well as the process behind.

Identify opportunities to reduce the stock levels while maintaining or increasing the service levels to the customers.

Support the creation of monthly and weekly decks for S&OP meetings

Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP

Utilize SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for data analysis and forecasting.

Apply statistical and mathematical knowledge to improve forecasting models.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools (we mainly use SQL and Power BI)

Advanced/Proven proficiency in data analysis

Familiarity with S&OP processes and best practices

Previous experience in demand planning or a related field desired (~4 years)

Knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts desired

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and reports

Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools is desired

A degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
