Why We Are Hiring: We are expanding our Solutions Specialist team in Chile to meet the growing demand for our services in the LATAM region. This role is crucial for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet client needs, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. By adding experienced professionals to our team, we aim to enhance our capabilities and support our continued growth in the electronic payments industry.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering from internal / external stake holders as per project requirements.
- Gap analysis, solution designing and testing technical architecture.
- Should be aligned with current and emerging technologies and propose changes when required.
- Should provide mentorship and coaching to team managers / leads.
- Assist developers and testers in their deliverables.
- Should take up customer management for business-critical projects.
- Project governance and review of deliverables to ensure security compliance.
- Work towards improving entire project delivery cycle, provide / implement ideas for automation and increasing through put of the team.
