The Role
As a member of our solutions engineering team, you’ll provide world-class customer support to Vapi self-serve customers across our support infrastructure. From our inbox to Vapi forums, you’ll quickly resolve technical issues, instill confidence in our customer service and product quality, and remind our customers why Vapi is a market leader in voice AI.
Outcomes

Resolve 70+ customer support tickets each day

Surface customer feedback to engineering and product teams to improve Vapi product quality

Deliver outstanding technical customer support to Vapi self-serve customers
Competencies
-
Prior experience using no-code or low-code tools like Make, Zaiper, and N8N.

Experience navigating developer channels and tools, such as codebases, technical documentation, and communication channels (slack, discord, reddit, etc.)

Communication: You can clearly articulate what's going on to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
