About the Role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer with AEC industry expertise to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop custom technology solutions that deliver exceptional value. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of AEC technologies and can apply this expertise to solve practical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research into different AEC industry segments to identify their specific challenges and needs.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions for drawing, estimating, and takeoff across various construction sectors.
- Design and present custom solutions that integrate our technology seamlessly into customers' existing workflows.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations that highlight how our solutions improve efficiency and add value.
- Support customers post-sale to ensure smooth implementation, providing ongoing guidance and solution optimization.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal product teams to refine and evolve our product offerings.
- Monitor current trends in AEC technology and stay informed about industry regulations.
- Handle technical documentation and prepare responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Lead training sessions and educational workshops for both customers and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of technical experience in the AEC industry, with expertise in CAD, estimating tools, or project management software.
- Thorough knowledge of AEC workflows, project management, and AEC technology integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating success in understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Available to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
- Experience with AEC software, especially drawing, estimating, and takeoff platforms.
