Solution Engineer is responsible for consulting with clients and advising them how to integrate Equifax products and services to solve their business problems. The consulting engagement also involves identifying and implementing improvements to the clients existing business processes. Responsible for assisting in managing the ongoing contractual relationships and delivery of professional services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Point of contact to clients regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery. Responsible for client satisfaction and the quality of services provided.
What you’ll do:

Consulting with internal and/or external customers to understand their business problem, propose Equifax products and services, document requirements and design the technology solution.

Design custom solutions for credit risk decisioning products leveraging a broad set of internal and external products.

Manage ongoing relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts as outlined within client contracts, serving as the point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery.

Work across multiple teams to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to Equifax products and services.

Act as the partner liaison, creating and prioritizing the backlog, and providing acceptance of deliverables.

Facilitating and directing the ongoing support of the platforms with the responsible teams.

Proactively supporting colleagues, both individually as well as via contribution to internal knowledge portals

Develop communication and training materials and lead communication efforts around product, priorities, and future roadmaps

Championing strategic process improvement initiatives.

Developing a deep understanding of Equifax data, technologies, products and platforms.
What experience you need:
-
Bachelor's degree, or higher level education required
-
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer facing/consulting roles supporting enterprise clients and proposing solutions as you work through customer pain points and changes

At least 1 year of experience working in a cloud environment and ability to integrate with APIs in design

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Product Owner experience
-
1-3 years experience with relational databases and SQL queries
What could set you apart:

Knowledge and/or experience with credit and/or lending

Cloud computing knowledge, Certified GCP or AWS Cloud Practitioner, highly preferred

Agile/Scrum methodology experience and/or education
