You will be joining a rapidly expanding team of engineers who work on world-class, innovative engineering solutions that seamlessly integrate customers' systems & processes with the Cutover platform. You will collaborate with highly talented engineers and solve problems for some of the world’s most exciting companies. We’ve already closed million-dollar plus deals with some of the largest financial services institutions in the world and are seeing significant consistent growth. When it comes to market potential, Cutover has just scratched the surface. We are at an early stage of our evolution with our integrations and very excited at the untapped opportunities and use cases that our customers continue to discover with Cutover.
What will you be doing as our Solutions Architect?
- Engage with customers to understand, capture & document their business requirements methodically and diligently through technical discovery sessions.
- Produce high quality customer facing presentations, demos & documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Build solutions that solve customer problems based on our integrations stack working with our Integration engineering and delivery team.
- Help improve customer developer experience by collaborating on API improvements, feature enhancements and documentation.
- Determine technical scope and limitations of solutions in collaboration with customers and Cutover sales and engineering teams.
- Collaborate and communicate efficiently with product & engineering teams to establish standards and patterns for the integration delivery process that is inline with existing engineering best practices.
- Perform as an internal evangelist, supporting and consulting with product and engineering teams on preferred solutions and implementation methods.
- Communicate technical integration needs, use case requirements and product enhancements to Product Management & Engineering.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…
- 2+ years of expertise & experience in SaaS environments with a growing record of delivering technical solutions for customers.
- Experience/certification on AWS a huge plus or other Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
- Have an understanding of REST API as well as web standards and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, UDP, TCP, etc.
- Enjoy creating or using API-based ‘mash-ups’ that do useful things. You have an understanding of how products like Zapier, Mulesoft, ITTT, etc work from a technical perspective.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Postman and Insomnia to test API functionality.
- Have basic scripting/programming skills with languages like Python, Ruby or Javascript
- Understand how data can be ingested, transformed, processed and shared between systems, both web-based and legacy.
- Able to think out of the box and develop innovative solutions as well as demonstrate benefits of the proposed solution to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Experience setting up demo and mock environments to prove value and showcase integrations to prospects/customers.

Target compensation package: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary + stock options + benefits.
The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.
