Job Description

Profile & Responsibilities:

• Engineering & software architecture design
• Be able to design, explain and defend the target system architecture
• Be able to guide team to implement the target architecture with appropriate quality gateways
• Be opinionated and challenge and highlight implementation decisions and risks that could jeopardise the ongoing quality of the product.
• Working with multiple teams to pull the information needed to support your decisions and design and to gain concensus.
• Extensive experience with large scale integrations of Dynamics 365 CE (Inbound & outbound) and a complex Dynamics setup using multi-layered solutions
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales, Microsoft Customer Voice and the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc…)
• Able to built prototypes and proof of concepts if needed
• Experience with providing guidance around improving reporting and analytics layer for Dynamics CRM is a plus

Work location:

• Hybrid working is accepted, with around 2 days per week in the Office (Lisbon)
