As our Adobe Solution Architect, you will...
Assess client business requirements, design architectures, and develop solutions to support their complex needs. Translate those requirements into technical specification documents used by Marketo Engage implementation teams and MarketingOps teams. You will also play a crucial client-facing role by co-leading status meetings, collaborating on project plans, advising the client on best practices, and sharing knowledge that enables the client team to operate efficiently and independently.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Design and implement flexible, cutting-edge marketing solutions and system architectures with clear metrics, milestones, and QA processes.
- Oversee and document processes, technical requirements, and follow-ups, ensuring proactive communication with PMs and clients.
- Lead complex Tier A projects and client relationships, collaborating with PMs, SMEs, consultants, and AEs.
- Excellence in producing comprehensive technical documentation and enablement of client teams
- Share design strategies with Configuration Consultants and Strategists, and validate the designs
- Advise clients on best practices and tailored solutions for their teams
- Cultivate client relationships, lead progress meetings, and update deployment strategies
- Act as a subject matter expert in marketing operations, delivering innovative, scalable solutions, and mentoring junior team members.
- Train clients on the Marketo platform and basic integrations, such as CRM (Salesforce and Dynamics 365), while handling all technical communications.
- Identify business opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and take decisive action to address challenges.
- Ability to estimate and scope new projects
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in Marketo design and implementation with deep system knowledge
- 2-4 years of Marketo integration experience
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment, preferably coming from a digital agency setting
- Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions with Marketo Engage and other marketing technology platforms
- An Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) is required.
- Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA) is preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.
- Experience with Marketo Measure and/or AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) for B2B client execution is desired, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both written and oral, across various settings
- Experience presenting in group environments with or without the use of technology

The salary range for this role is $146,150 - 175,400, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
